Bought a dog through shop and Lending USA was recommended by them? They were not able to supply some particular load documents or interest rate on amount financed? Has a different credit score bla bla. I was advised there was"Possibly a $15. 00 processing fee" to process my monthly payment of $31. 00. (This really is a ridiculous fee where I come from. Unless you're utilized to it like a B of A client ) I had been told I'd get advice over the week. All I received was a phone call for a client service survey? No idea why? I'd yet to receive any semblance of customer service. I did get the customer service telephone number and called the customer service section. I had been asked what my accounts or loan amount was and my answer was"Great Question!" I asked one question. "what's the rate of interest APR on my loan?" My"Client Satisfaction Survey" did end in a call from the"Customer Service Manager" who informed me that my APR was 16% and the $15. 00 processing fee was a fee but the companies benevolent policies would allow me to direct payments. yayaya. Obviously a company that provides bad, if any, customer support and will maintain a straight face when the inform you they will charge you 50% of your monthly payment to process that monthly payment, isn't a company I can do business with. Having a 770-780 FICO I could, and did, charge the balance in my credit card. Which is half the rate they were going to rip me off for! No Means would I recommend this organization! ADDITIONAL Follow-up: I did get two telephone calls for trying to elevate this dilemma in the client service Manager that gets an A +. Apparently this business is concerned about it's"Customer Support Complaints" I still stand by my statement any commission coverage of 15. 00 shouldn't exist in the first location! And ant"Customer Service Representative" which cannot quote a accurate interest rate (which can be a simple and fundamental query on ANY loan) needs to get a different job!
Lendingusa.com is either a SCAM COMPANY WHO IS GOING TO STEAL YOUR INFORMATION, OR BOTH, A COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE COMPANY.This expertise has pretty much put me off of having any sort of loan all together, outside the big banks that is. I AM ASTOUNDED AT WHAT I HAVE BEEN THROUGH. The procedure was exhausting due to how they act throughout and stressful and that I had been naïve to keep going with it. At every step that is single, they inform you that it is the last but that is not even close to authentic. To start everything off went well; I got pre-approved instantly online with a credit inquiry that was gentle. Then came photographs of myself and my ID which they asked me after the initial for several. There was but their strategy fails and did not show anything correctly. They asked me to get more accounts along with also a blank check (which I voided, thank goodness). Then they made me wait only to send a generic email from the LendingUSA general email account saying I was denied when the underwriter told me explicitly I would get a call from the loan representative I was dealing with. I named Manuel Silva, the loan officer and I asked if my advice how did I know they didn't just allow me to do the process and would be safe. Why should they not tell me I'm not eligible because the start when my income was seen by them on the program? Manuel began laughing and would not answer my questions. They were interrogative and impolite . He could barely think of a reason. My income was like I said since the beginning and they said that it was the reason. THE WAY I WAS TREATED AS HORRIBLE AND A WOMAN WAS UNACCEPTABLE. They made me spend my energy and lose my time as well as waste a credit inquiry that was hard. I just can't believe that I spent so much time while I could've been dealing with a bank doing so. I DON'T SEE ANY ADVANTAGE OF APPLYING FOR A LOAN. Never do business together! The only thing is give you anxiety. If I had been treated this way I am glad I didn't have a loan together since envision how they treat people who owe money to them!
I wanted to write this review on a particular representative, with a gentleman name Francis. I wish I got his name since it was him I give this a review! So! Lending USA, if you are after your testimonials please read! Francis is the reason folks return to a business because he listened to my frustration and went above and beyond to ensure he did all that he can to bring justice. In the beginning, other agents didn't listen to me and my telephone was escalated over to Francis who I think is the manager. And thank GOD! Who honestly seemed and also help me get through my frustration! Francis gave me his word and told me that he'd follow up with me to further investigate after sharing my concerns. He didn't give me good news in the beginning After he got back with me, and I told him this wasn't right on behalf of USA! Francis asked me to give him another shot to see what he can do and expressed his compassion. In any circumstance, without trying to acquire super lengthy, Francis was able to give my request and I was able to pay my account by honoring a silly oversight. Honestly speaking, I should not have had to beg for this particular request. And mind you I paid near 5k. I'm glad Francis gets it and repetitions that are gloomy didn't! When I tried to repay my loan the customer service through the 800 number in California was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They gave me information on numerous occasions and were quite rude. That he was more rude and unprofessional then the individual before when I asked for a supervisor. He would not help me and once I asked for his manager he said there is no one above him and he would not give me anyone else's title that he argued back and forth for about ten minutes on this and finally gave me another name of someone and said there is nothing no one else can do for me. Feeling defeated and getting no help I thought of the person that help me get my loan initially that was Kato I called him he answered right away and remember helping me back in February I told him the situation crying and he said let me make 1 phone call within minutes he'd Chris call me out of the headquarters of Lending USA and Chris took on my scenario and was working for hours on it that night and then the following day had it resolved for me. I felt really cared for because of the amount of support I got from Chris and Kato and that I would recommend committing USA to anyone now because of it and when it was not for them assisting me in fixing this with such priority I don't believe I would ever use lending USA or recommend them to anybody ever. Here is one for you NEVER AGREED TO USE LENDINGUSA OR EVEN KNEW MY INFORMATION WAS SENT TO THEM.Nevertheless they are have caused my credit rating to go from EXCELENT. I went to Cunning Dental Desara took some credit information, at that time I had not even decided I would have dental work completed. She never mention how much I would need to pay or even interest rates so I never knew or thought she'd sent any information to a business I knew nothing about nor had any intent on using because I knew if I'd work done precisely how I was planning to pay. I received a bill from leandingusa and overdue charges. I informed them I didn't owe them any money and not only did I not owe them but my invoice with dental was PAID IN FULL. That hasn't stopped them from calling sending bills with more interest rate and now a failing credit rating. I spoke to Pearl a manager and told Cunning dental relating to this. Her and Desara promised me that my credit wouldn't be affected and it was all taking good care of. I found out now that wasn't true . So if someone tells you they will use leandingusa for funding RUN. This is why I ALWAYS CHECK OUT major firms banks etc.. If I am likely to use charge. That is also why I KNOW I DID NOT AUTHORIZE USING THIS COMPANY BECAUSE AS I SAID I HAD. And Desara of adorable dental claims al this might have been avoided had I simply went and paid leandingusa. How is that for doing company.
I Applied, I got'Approved' . They verified everything,il what was fine, I gave them my bank log in information so that they can check my statements(Unusual,but I did it). They asked me for 2 pictures( I did it) They conducted my credit(Hard inquiry). I got an Email that my loan has been refused for no reason. I attempted to telephone the amount under the Email( No answer). So far today I predicted 9 Times(Even though the waiting time was 1min)They simply hang up the calls(Ext. 111). AGAIN! Dont waste your time. They called me back to fix this matter, after having a hard time with this company. A lady by title Monet contacted me now 07/13/17 to apologize for the inconvenience and to see exactly what she can do to fix my poor experience with the company ( that she completely did ). She explained everything very clear and advised me what happened with the application( which I understood). My loan wasn't accepted for x* motive,but I am happy at least since she'd helped me with all the tricky inquiry, she will send a letter to TransUnion, so they can delete the hard pull out of my charge ( which I was very mad about that, since I wanted to fix my charge ). At the end, is not their fault she contacted me to correct the inquiry part that is hard although the loan has been approved. I will definitely apply again with this business, and I would like to say I am sorry for the review this company don't diserve.
This company is quite pushy and they would like to understand too much information that is info that no loan firm should ask. In order to put the loan on your bank accounts, they do not need your username and passcode that is private. I required information that they did not need and cancelled the loan since the loan rep was laborious and demanding. Edit: I talked with someone with addressing and he had been very professional. I told him my review would alter but not have had a chance to change it due to a crises. He was very considerate and reassuring. I appreciated the effort he chose to do and I've removed any lingering remarks, even though I still declined the loan. I don't like their methods of acquiring information for loans however, the company seems to be legitimate and appears to have other satisfied clients. I might have done business with this business if I had an agent like the customer support rep initially but that was not the case. Another customer will have a better experience than I did with LendingUSA and so that customer should make their own determination of the company. They waited some time before I did and really do require that you provide them along with your online checking account login information that I was reluctant to do. I'd recommend readying your login info to be changed by this. As soon as possible; which I did. Just be upfront and honest from the beginning and all this could have been prevented. Alex made it seem like there were not any problems. Perhaps I should have asked more questions. Not upset about not receiving the loan the lack of honesty and just telling it like it's from the start.
I am quite thankful to have gotten the loan but your method of communication with the client is absolutely TERRIBLE! Whenever I attempted to return a phone to my agent (Manny Silva), whether if it was first thing in the morning or five minutes before you close, I would always receive the identical recording. "we are experiencing a high call volume" Whenever I left a message to be called back, I would Find a phone a half an hour later stating"there Is Not Any agent available to help you at this time." The only way I could reach my agent was to call every ten minutes at the late day until someone picked up the telephone. My agent would not communicate with me through email or leave a voicemail to me. He would always say"call me when you get a chance" and when I attempted to call him back, I might not get a hold of him. What type of a way is this to communicate with the client? I got so disappointed and there have been times I loathed doing business with you. I would have reservations about doing business with you again or recommending you to anyone if your communication system with the customer did not become although again, I am grateful for receiving the loan.
I won't ever deal with this firm... I won't ever deal with this company again. An origination fee is charged by them and that's added to your loan. I did not get my first statement until it was 30 days late, since it's late and they said, I shed the 6 month interest free advertising. I phoned and talked to the agent and was informed," I am sorry I can not do anything cause you were overdue". A entire scam. STAY AWAY FROM LENDING USA. Go anywhere else but not here. I applied in October and was"approved" for $10,000. After my loan went into underwriting, I was then told I had been denied because of having applied for other loans over the last 90 days. I was told I could just have a max of 3 loans with Lending USA as one of these. I was told by the loan consultant that I could re-apply within 30 days, as then the loans could fall out of the 90 days. I called back and the loan consultant came on the line and said you've got two busy loans outstanding, you can only have one loan aside from Lending USA. That's obviously different from that which he told me and he had been short and dismissive . The reason I wanted this loan was for debt consolidation, basically to pay outstanding loans off, so that I have an issue with the misinformation, along with the reason behind the refusal. Why even bother telling me to call back to reapply within 30 days if that is? I pay all my debts all of the time and feel as though I had been treated.

"refused for incomplete credit information." Even though I provided down everything password and username and a stern warning from my bank about giving that info support firm. Waste of time.Was pre authorized. Been working with them for 2 weeks and no loan! Various phones calls and petition for info. I had been told you have to get a 500 dollar average balance to qualify, after giving them access to items such as my account. This is supposed to be advised up front before they ask your private info. Then they were trying to tell me because I had a negative 3,100 on my account at one 24, that I don't qualify. BULL! What bank is currently going to allow you to do a 3100 trade that is negative? It was just an excuse. Beware they are out to get your information. I've been receiving notices from creditwise that my information was seen on the web, after applying together. Don't waste your time. If LendingUSA proves they are legit I'll take down this particular review.
I purchased two dogs and lendingusa.com gave me the loan for them. I was angry as an origination charge was added to my loan I did not see when I received the loan when my first payment note arrived. I was mad about it since this origination fee wasn't mentioned by the pet store when it was signed by me and I didn't see it. The fee was there in plain sight, BUT it was closing time, I was exhausted and it had been a long day. I understand to see over contracts before signing them, but I skimmed it over, so I missed the fee. Chris from lendingusa.com was VERY HELPFUL in describing every facet of my contract and moving over everything. Chris out of Lending USA listened to some concerns and contacted the Pet Store to instruct the employees on Lending USA's loans. All everything worked out.
I applied for this Credit because I had been told there was no Interest for the first 6 Months, and I explained nicely 6 month would give me time to cover the full sum, well It is not like this, I'm already getting charged Interest Costs for the initial two weeks of my program, Just spoke with a representative and he also told me that there is Interest Charges applied monthly but if you pay the full amount before the due date of this 6 month date you will not receive interest charges. Avoid this company unless you want to be drowned in Interest Costs, they do not inform you that you will find Interest Charges for the initial 6 months, the entire"no interest for 6 month" is a lie, instead of helping they do not.
I applied for a loan, I confirmed that I was scheduled and I signed all of the forms but I can't get in Lending USA. I've called the customer service number 10 occasions and all 10 times then the phone hangs up. If you push for the operator, then it hangs ups and tells. This is not a number that is good. 800-994-6177 but it is listed on the site. I am scheduled to have surgery and right now, I am not sure if it is going to take place since I cannot receive any answers. I did not read the reviews before employing with this company because they're listed for a financing source on my physician's website. I will definitely inform my physician's office of the experience .
Getting ahold of someone was at times hard, you have to wait till they call you back or wait for 30 minutes only to be disconnected. Also, while the reps are friendly, some are likewise not very knowledgable about details, for example:"no interest if you repay your loan in 6 weeks". OK so my question was: What if I pay off it in for instance month , does the interest I have to pay go retroactive? Some said no, one double checked, and really, yes it will. Glad I asked. Also, the loan under writer was also a bit unclear yet got it completed and friendly. If you will cope with communicating that is slow and know what questions to ask, they finally get the work finished.
I called to inquire why 30% curiosity was being charged when I had been told there was no interest in the year. I had been informed he would not give me some information except to the individual that had the 28, after giving my information and replied the customer support questions. I got a call from Monet who's one of their Quality Assurance brokers and let me tell you, she got things done. She got me helped me get what I had including replies and answers. I wish because she was Amazing Monet could have been my lending officer. There is definetly a demand for advancement thru their lines of communication but in the long run I got the help I wanted and was able to receive a fantastic chunk of my bills. Thank you MONET. I feel that my credit rating and background proved to be sufficient for a rate that is far lower. But, it turns out that the loan was not needed by me, therefore I'll be returning the full amount. I know a lender is on the market that offers instantaneous loans when an emergency arises. For that, thank you very much! They then found a way to screw me out of this by messing may up payments. Then I was unable to and tryed to catch up. I'm done with them. Now I am attempting to call LendingUSA directly to talk to somebody else and I am getting an automatic message about"not calling during business hours" but then they go on to say their hours of surgery 7am-6pm. Strange that I am not getting a grasp of anyone!
I would like to say Chris, Director of Customer Service really turned things around and made this a fantastic experience. When a person says they are going to phone you back, as a customer is for them to keep their word. The customer is not always right but should you feel like your situation matters it makes all the difference. Thank you Chris for one focus on everything and my loan application you didn't help.
I was told a $25 gift certificate would be sent to me personally for signing up for direct withdrawal, personally as a marketing. I realized no one was going to send me the present certificate, A month later. Because it had been a month the promo was over and argued with me after a month had passed, I called customer support, the broker said. I will never see that $25 gift certificate. Not worthwhile. Liars!

The underwriter was impolite and unprofessional. She'd ask questions but not listen to the replies you gave her. She would interrupt and over talk each time. Someone asked me all the same question a week only to be asked exactly the very same questions and called. Then when I said this didn't seem right and that it made me feel uneasy they denied me a loan.
Overall I was pleased with the service I was provided. The agent that I worked with was kind, responsive and courteous. The two items I would have shifted are 1) the time that it required to deposit the fund into my accounts and 2) the fact that my initial payment is expected within same month I got my loan money (i. e. I wasn't even given 30 times ).
Don't get a loan! An extra $248 tacked. 00 to get an origination fee to get a 6 month loan that I intended to pay off immediately as soon as I got my funds to be able and got. I'd never have consented to this $248. 00 but it had been snuck into the paperwork with no talks from the place of business! I believe it's a crime and it is total bull.

Everything went as far as getting approved and e-signing the contract. We have not obtained a copy of the contract although we obtained an e-mail with the amount to be paid monthly and the date. When I went back to copy following e-signing the website would not ley me be in a position to generate a copy. Other than that, all is great.

I was not advised regarding the loan fee as I am grateful for your loan to cover my credit card loans. That additional $850 might have helped to pay more of my bills. When signing my papers, it was a surprise. At the point I was not sure anyone would approve me, although I backed out of the loan.
Very difficult to repay your notice. They want you to fail so that you would need to pay 30% interest. I paid $10,000 off 3 months and it took 6 hours on the phone to acquire a conformation that the note had a ZERO balance. I have a 750 credit rating and they don't want you to pay off it.
