For the previous ten days I've been trying to achieve behalf concerning my account. I have not been able to login into my account and normally I can perform a"send email" and it will send me a code. I've tried it and it won't send me an emailaddress. This is not the first time that has happened. I've sent 5 contact forms and called and emailed and no one has replied. Normally when they deduct payments since I can not login I can't go and they can send you an email 3 days before hand look myself to view. I just got hit 4 ($36. 00 ea) over draft fees in my account. Normally, they would allow you to rearrange payment schedule but since they have not responded to my messages that I have not been able to do this. I won't use this company again. It seems that they ignored my request since it was concerning rearranging payment program. This is the thing which makes since. Otherwise, why do you communicate with your customer. Not not to cover but to extend some payments. Customer support. It is almost two weeks because I have been trying to do a password reset, long before my accounts was hit on by these payments. THEY DON'T HAVE ANYONE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE. A PERSON DOES ANSWER BUT IT'S A VIRTUAL SERVICE THAT ANSWERS CALLS FOR the Business. NO ONE IS ACTUALLY THERE TO HELP YOU WITH ISSUES. VERY BAD! UPDATED RESPONSE: I'VE BEEN USING YOUR ELECTRONIC AVENUES TO COMMUNICATE. I have been using the same email address that's been around file with you for over 1 year and all of sudden I do not get email from you anymore. You, not anybody simply behalf, I don't receive the mails from. No one answers the phone. Some man who is a digital assistant that takes messages. Please do not act as if you've since you don't, customer service reps waiting by the phone to assist customers. Looking at reviews on another site, I believe that is what they do if they don't want to give any more money. Payments have been drafted monthly and I've never missed a payment. If you can't login, you can't create anymore invoices from the vendors to get compensated by behalf, so that I think they've an algorithm or a manual override that does not allow you access to your own accounts anymore when they're suddenly done with you. For instance, I can not see whatever, or exactly what the balance is I really don't know what date the payments are going to come out although They'll continue drafting your account til. That can be BADDDDDDD BUSINESS PRACTICE. THERE'S NO OTHER EXPLANATION FOR IT.
First and foremost, what an amazing company Behalf is, an absolute lifesaver in repaying back in obligations in an incredibly LOW rate and making large purchases. With all things considered I was totally blown away when Behalf personally contacted me and gave me the fantastic news of"Mr. Larco, you have been accepted and welcome into the Behalf family". Especially with my"not so perfect credit history/rebuilding from scratch", I was like"AWWW SNAP! I GOT APPROOOOOOVED!" . But seriously though, Behalf is without a doubt THE BEST financing company on the market. And now, time for an comedy skit that is interior. *Cough*"A word from our sponsors","Take the NEGATIVE reviews with a HEAVY pinch of salt","Something tells me THOSE customers were not going in the perfect way i. e. breaching the terms of service and agreements when utilizing Behalf to fund buys or accepting payments via Behalf's Merchant Account. Mind you Behalf is well within their faith to identify honest and trustworthy trades so as to insure it's survivability from the competing markets". In basic terms,"If you do not like that, well then go someplace else and kudos for you and your future jobs because your longing na need it". Lol, my most sincere apologies for the rant but I just had to get it. Now back to reality. There is just one THING I see incorrect about Behalf and that's credit line increase(s). I've yet to obtain some info regarding to credit line increase(s) to their website. Because let's be fair here,"WHO DOESN'T LOVE CREDIT LINE INCREASE(S)?" . If Behalf can resolve that little discrepancy then Behalf would become AWESOME. Decent business UNLESS you need assistance with anything. When registering there are sales reps from making sure the procedure is completed by you which you will get telephone calls and mails. Once you register getting in touch with them is extremely tough. You call their"operator" which makes a ticket, that is it. It is almost as easy sending them a postcard in the mail. You receive an email with a ticket number. You'll receive an email saying that they want more information to guide you to the right department. Then nothing. You may not hear back from them. My guess is other than the sales department which seems to be quite large, all other departments have folks working there part-time in any respect. Nobody has responded to mails and my telephone calls. Their speed is high and they cover suppliers . Unless you absolutely can't However, with how difficult they are to deal with, I would avoid them. Many suppliers charge one of the 1. 5 percentage fee that behalf fees them that could actually make the speed. *Update for their response. I received a phone call after posting this review. He tried to ignore exactly what I said. Then when I said that I stated I have evidence of telephone calls and all the emails that I put that were ignored, he gave what sounded like a complete fake apology for the time and money that I lost dealing with behalf. He sent an email I needed. I sent a follow-up email to and it had been COMPLETELY IGNORED. IF You're 100 BEHALF MIGHT BE A Fantastic OPTION. IF YOU THINK YOU MIGHT NEED EVEN THE SMALLEST AMOUNT OF SUPPORT, AVOID THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL WAIST YOUR TIME AND LOSE A LOT OF MONEY.
Behalf has made all the difference for our business. We love how easy it is to: submit for financing, select your prefered payment method, to speak with the staff to pay, and to utilize their system. I have other bills I pay online that are not half as easy as submitting for a Behalf Loan. In addition, we often pay numerous payments through great months, so we don't have payments due during months that are bad. I love the fact I will email them, and let them to have a payment from my account tomorrow. Or I can tell them to take out three months worth of payments at the same time, before the month rolls around, and I don't won't overlook anything. I also enjoy the fact that they notify you that your payment is coming out, and they supply options if you're going to have trouble, if you selected a 15 day payoff. We have never needed to utilize this, but it's wonderful to know they are going to work with me should I have an problem. Also, you can view all previous credit history and your present online, should you need it. I don't know any other company that offers service such as this and makes it so simple to use. I am aware that there are businesses that loan to small businesses, but I can not imagine they have better customer service or are easier to use that Behalf.
We're a company that combined Behalf earlier in the year. We're in the service industry. We were happy to be approved for our line of credit and felt Behalf was supportive of our firm by providing this and the terms of repayment of 30-120 days. We used our lineup and paid every dime ago as instructed to find out our conditions of payment had vanished and there was just weekly payment provisions or 30 day remaining. Per Neil at Behalf this was a company decision for many customers. I explained that as our customers are older people our company didn't get paid weekly or might even go two months without charge and we must aid them then wait. Additionally, where was the customer service on Behalf's part letting the customers know of the changes? I told Neil that by creating this decision of knowing how business works and develops, their announcement is void and null. We didn't default but because other did, based on Neil this was the decision for now. Basically what separated behalf from the competitors is gone. Because of the unprofessionalism,,, are we as we see that our unblemished record that is timely and our Organization is not important enough to be handled fairly,
I run a scale performance having an average purchase amount in the $8k range. So Behalf. Com accepts me, but provides a paltry $3400 charge line to me. I was able to fulfill a 1/3 of my inventory requirements, meaning I have been slow in making money because I rely upon full truckloads of product - which I didn't have the capital to buy because of funding shortage. I called Saturday morning and requested for a three week extension to my credit on my payment and an increase so I could actually buy a complete truckload - not a couple pallets. At the close of the telephone, it states a representative would call me back within one day. Granted, it was a Saturday - nevertheless, it is the Friday, and I don't have any telephone call. Some rep really firmly said in an email Monday"I will extend one week". Great. I have very little merchandise due to a funding shortage and they are going to take some semblance of earnings from me. Terrible company I had a small business loan with loony terms (16 percent ) to get a 800 lien. Initially I set up a payment program. I decided to pay the loan back when I got my new business credit card. I got little help and tried to email my account manager. Tried calling 4 times and no answer. Messages and no yield my account information shifted to my company checking that if I could not attain them, at least the Monthly payment could come from the new account. So these brainiacs decide to take the entire payment out of my business checking EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT AUTHORIZE the charge to that account. Since I wasn't expecting a $1400 fee to come 18, my company checking is overdrawn. DO NOT do business with this organization. They simply care about getting you an expensive loan. My experience with the service of Behalf has been poor. I never received any sort of order conformation from this organization and never got any merchandise, although they said they shipped an ACH payment for an arrangement I made. When I contact Behalf to let them know of the situation I keep getting the run around with them telling me that they are very sorry and that this is frustrating for them. Well its been a month and this issue is not resolved. They still haven't credited the money back for my own balance and they haven't issued me a refund for the money that I have paid for this purchase . Butif you would like to pay an order off they have no trouble responding to your emails fast. They just take to respond whenever you have an issue together. VERY BAD SO FAR!

Don't use! This company will take and consider at times that are unexpected. Yes, you set your own debit schedule, but when seeking to organize your schedule outside of the website is near impossible. I set up monthly payments in a predetermined sum because debits were beginning to come out and they always tacked dollars to that sum that weren't accounted for in my budget. They agreed to stop payments since I'll be paying balance and they keep trying to debit my closed bank account which allows Behalf to tack on $20 each time to my outstanding balance. Behalf seems VERY HIGHLY and unorganized recommend to NOT use Behalf. Consumer beware!
Appreciate that we have this available to companies that are small to use for purchases from our providers. Website is easy to use and see our balance. The only thing I would like to see different is when we use a seller that is not among the list we want exact amount with the transport from Co we are purchasing from and that is not always easy with a few companies, would be nice if they could have like a pre-approved cc which we are able to use for purchase without having to await them to load the exact sum on the digital card. Worth using small businesses which don't necessarily have the cash flow through the slow times.
Nobody could give us any loans or financing when our business opened about 2 years back. Not happy with the fact I have paid of numerous loans with zero problems but now you no longer do an automatic increase on the credit line and when I asked for a rise I had been advised to send in a 1020 form which most LLC will do a schedule C filing maybe not a 1020 filing and they said unless I can produce a 1020 filing I will not be considered for an increase. Probably will hust be utilizing reliant funding mulligan funding or financing that is square from today on. Anticipated a much better appreciation for people who paid and utilized dozens of loans. Disappointed to say the least.

Their systems are temperamental and will crash through the middle of asking capital, or most recently will be rejected by vendor's for"invalid merchant ID." Their clients service is sllllllooooooow. Takes a day or more just to get an issue because they communicate via email resolved. Lack of mobile communication in this age is absurd. I get emails as a type of communication but not at the cost of my company needing funding quickly and obtaining 0 help same day.

I would like to do is understand if I did something wrong since I have great credit, my company has been in business for more than 16 decades and it has good credit references and also we do over $50K a month in earnings throughout the business checking account I gave them access to. Terrible company. I suggest Navy Federal Credit Union if you would like very good Business funding. I put in for a payment to pay to a clothes company to buy myself clothes for my uniform to work and they declined me stating that they do not finance debt? WHAT? Terrible company. The worst communicating in any business I've ever encountered. Nobody ever answers the phone. There 877) 943-9962 amount is always a message centre and nobody ever calls you back. Try calling it and you will see. I have a $50,000 line of credit and won't ever wish to do business with this Institution again. Its a joke. I've on going issues with them and they say they will return to you in 24 hours, when you email the service. Have I got back also.
The idea is excellent the implementation is although the rate of interest is PHENOMENAL. A bit/a lot unsatisfactory. For example pay the attorney, or I try to buy uniforms, purchase a new printer. All this trades were either denied or under inspection for so long I end up paying with bank account or the company credit card, the most part that is annoying is that I waite almost a week that which generally take me 20 minutes. Bad customer support. I find that the duration of time it takes to get back to you when there's an issue is absurd, especially when there are before they'll send to you, timelines and vendors who need their payments. There is also no direct contact number for client services. The concept of behalf.com is great for small retail businesses like mine, but the customer service and their ability to solve problems is very inferior.

Behalf.com works well with my business, the only thing I wish they did was have a calendar part of the web page that showed the entire month and the times the obligations will be processed, so do this and they will be ideal. Am contacted behalf asked for somebody to call me personally. Gave me a case number and waiting for call. I also emailed them no reply. I do a lot with Behalf finance but I think I will look elsewere
We had a few kinks in the beginning while setting up our accounts with Behalf, but regardless of what the issue, they were quite accommodating and responsive in getting things moving. A number of things that would make it better could be more types of vendors it can be used for, and a Behalf card like other lenders have. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's true they then retract that acceptance in an instant and will approve your limitation. Best of luck trying to call a customer account representative mine was named Ari Silberstein. I was able to leave messages but none of my calls were returned. We have NEVER had a payment yet I cannot know how our credit is set. They provide what they promise as a lender. Payment to our vendors is instantaneous and payments are debited on the day they are scheduled.
